Health and Fitness
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy: Stimulate the opening of the lymphatic system and increase the volume of the lymph flow by as much as twenty times per minute. Includes consultation.

Acupuncture Therapy: Acupuncture for general health maintenance, pain relief, menstrual issues, perimenopause, low libido, or fatigue. The session includes consultation and may include moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, electrical stimulation, ear acupuncture, tuina, or bio-puncture.
Stress Relief Acupuncture: Heaven on Earth 5-needle technique for relieving stress, anxiety and insomnia. Perfect for those new to acupuncture.
